Develop Exceptional Senior Managers Who Lead, Influence and Transform
Build the strategic thinking, leadership confidence and people management capability needed to succeed as a senior manager.
As managers move into more senior roles, they are expected to do more than manage performance. They must inspire others, develop future talent, solve complex people challenges and create the conditions for long-term organisational success.
The ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management is designed for experienced line managers and aspiring senior managers who want to strengthen their leadership impact. The programme develops the behaviours, skills and approaches associated with highly effective managers who inspire confidence and become role models for others.
Designed around real workplace challenges, this practical programme helps delegates develop greater self-awareness, support employee development, motivate teams and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
